My male Betta (Ron Paul 2012 lol) was not fond of these flakes at first. however, he did get used to them after awhile. my pearl danios, mollies, x-ray tetras and female betta loved them from the start though... little piggies!

For some reason a few betas do not like this but most of them did. So this one i bought was wasted money but not to expensive lol

This food can be messy compared to a pellet but my fish will eat it. He was completely blue and now parts of him are red thanks to this food. ha

I can't buy this food where I live (Korea), because the retail store I normally shop at, stopped carrying this item. My guppies love it, so I ordered it on Amazon. Like I wrote--they love it :)

My red betta, C-C, loves this food. When he sees me, he starts his Betta-swim show near the top of the tank to get me to put some food in. I comply, and he attacks the food causing the flakes to drift throughout the tank, then goes after the flakes trying to catch as many as he can. It's quite a show. And boy does he get mad if I give him bloodworm instead! He is healthy, and a gorgeous brilliant red color.

I have two bettas and a 10 gallon tank stocked with minnows and all of my fish really enjoy the food. My apartment-mate got a very small female betta that kept regurgitating the pellets she fed her, so we fed her Bettamin and the fish loved it. It is easy for them to eat and they particularly like the light orange bits (shrimp?). The only downsides are: if you don't know how to feed your fish properly they will get the water dirty and that they give red tints to the fish (which is annoying if you have a fish that doesn't have red hues).

I would not recommand this product. it's fish food in very thin flakes that make the water very dirty, even though I use a filter in the fish tank. I have stop using it and will not buy it again.
