Works great at removing chlorine from added water.

This stuff works as advertised, and it's cheaper because it's more concentrated than the aquarium variety (but I use it in the aquarium).

Worker very quickly to give me crystal clear water.

Love this stuff. Quick and easy to use when adding water. I order in bulk to save money. I have an 800 gallon pond.

This is a repeat purchase for us. Our city water isn't safe for fish. We have a beautiful pond in our backyard but our water was deadly. This water conditioner helps keep our pond safe for our fish. Due to local, protected wildlife eating our koi, we switched to 25 cent goldfish. Because of this conditioner, we have the largest and most beautiful goldfish I have ever seen!

Sometimes stuff happens and you need to put more water in the pond than you have cured. Been using this for years and never had a problem from the chlorinated water or side effects in the koi.

Disappointed with new packaging - leaks everywhere! Leaked in shipping.
Note: The product itself has been great until now. I've used AquaSafe in our Koi pond for over a year with good results, and ordered it from here before.
But this time, it arrived in a new clear bottle with a flip-style cap, and liquid now has blue dye added (I guess just because the bottle is clear?) The cap doesn't close tightly - when I pick up the bottle the contents dribble out onto my hands. Sure, this would less of a problem once the level goes down, but the bottle is not airtight. If not kept perfectly upright, it leaks in my basket of pond supplies.
And why have a squirt-type cap anyway, when the instructions still tell you to dispense "by the capfull" ??
Too bad the manufacturer decided to tweak something that was already perfect. Now it's just a nuisance to use. I was going to "decant" it into my old AquaSafe bottle, but the size is different, so I'll just return it.

Pretty easy to tell if this product works or not, right? Every two weeks I empty out about 80% of my pond (which by the way, don't waste the water. It's awesome for watering your plants. Great natural fertilizer) and fill it back up with the garden hose. I add one cap full before adding any water and then I add another cap full about half way through. I've changed the water about 3 times and the fish are alive and well! We've even had about 3 frogs move in to the pond and they are all fine too. Enough said!

Best price on this product from this vendor. A must for people with ponds who have to top them off because of splashing and just plain old condensation. Don't kill or hurt your fish with tap water only chlorine is like acid to them. Buy this product.

This stuff works as advertised, and it's cheaper because it's more concentrated than the aquarium variety (but I use it in the aquarium). Beware, it does not remove ammonia, which might be in your tap water if your water plant uses chloramines.
