I ordered these shoes to get away from the cheap, soggy water shoes I usually wear on our jet ski. These shoes are easy to slip on, great looking, and surprisingly comfortable. At first I wondered where all the water goes, but the shoe is built so that the water drains out through the fabric so they stay wet but are still lightweight and not soggy. They are versatile and lightweight enough to trek through hiking trails on islands and beaches, but look great when you walk up to a beach bar or restaurant. They are really well-made. We're going to get a pair for my husband and daughter as well. Also, I usually wear a 10.5 but it's not always a size that's easy to get so I got an 11 which fits perfectly. Anything smaller would have been tight, so they may run a little small by a half size.

I had a complicated request to fill. I am a vegan speech-language pathologist with very narrow feet. Because I work in health care, I needed a shoe that would be anti-slip, waterproof, vegan, and comfortable. I got all of that plus style with Teva's Fuse-Ion. These shoes are so comfortable that I bought a second pair in another color. My husband even bought a pair of the men's Fuse-Ion, and he loves them.

The shoes are truly waterproof and slip proof. Even on a wet and greasy kitchen floor, these shoes won't slip. I'm tempted to get more pairs just to keep in case they ever become no longer available.

    Thank you Teva!!!

I spend most of the summer sailing and have been looking for a shoe that I could wear on the boat, on shore and in the water. This shoe has it all and is so comfortable! Spider rubber on the bottom clings to the topside of the boat. The modern design makes them fun to wear when we go to shore. The shoe is designed to go in water and the material is lightweight and drys quickly. Best boat shoes I have ever had!

I walked for hours and hours touring Chicago in these tan colored shoes and never had any issues! Great with summer capris. Attractive, comfortable, and can tighten and loosen to fit foot width. Looked clean at the end of a long day! I am planning to buy both of the other colors! Thanks Teva!

These are slip-ons. However, the laces do allow you to tighten them up a bit. I am an overweight woman in her 50's. I normally can't wear flats because they hurt my feet. These shoes are very comfortable. I shouldn't be surprised, because they're Teva's. They make very good shoes. I thought they would rub the back of my ankle, but it didn't happen...not even on first wear. And, they look very cool. Great shoe for water or otherwise.

I'm a confirmed fan of Teva's comfortable shoes that I can wear all day without tiring. The bright red adds fun to the mix.

These water shoes are not only cute but well made and, most importantly, supremely comfortable! I am a woman with a 91/2 - 10 shoe size and have feet that are on the borderline of being narrow. They fit fabulously...

I also ordered the Adidas Outdoor Climacool Water Shoes as well. They are more minimal than the Teva and indeed are as cute as the photo but don't appear to be as well made or as substantial. They are also no where near as comfortable as the Teva.

I wore each of the above sets of shoes all day long, first the Adidas because I received them first and then a week later, the Teva. On both occasions I had to walk across a wet lawn (to retrieve a hose)... in the Adidas, water seeped-up into the shoe through the bottom the second I hit the lawn, while in the Teva this was not the case. Although the Teva soles are obviously thicker and this may be why, I want to think the drainage holes are one way, aka, water that goes in through the top of the shoes goes out the holes but are not as easily infiltrated with water through the bottom..... ?? I don't know and it's pure supposition on my part but either way, they are far more useful as an all day water shoe that you won't have to change after your done with the water portion of that same day and say, are walking to that restaurant for lunch.

Another superior design feature is the Teva has a tongue that is incorporated in the top of the shoe versus the Adidas that have a separate, traditional tongue that has to be intermittently pulled up and moved to the center when you first put them on and when you are moving into awkward positions that cause them to move such as when I was sitting on my folded legs while I was loading the dry hatches of my sit-on-top kayak...

I watched a lot of videos and read reviews of these shoes extolling the Ion Mask technology on these shoes and was really excited to try them out in the water. When I dipped my foot in the water the first time the shoes beaded the water off like a duck so I was hopeful. I walked around in the river/marsh for a few minutes and decided to get out and walk to another are where I could test them on some slippery rocks. When I got out of the water the shoes were no longer beading and the fabric was wet contrary to one of the descriptions of these shoes that says that the dry time is instant because the IonMask doesn't allow the fabric to get wet in the first place. Well, they got wet their first submersion and haven't even pretended to bead water since then. I wore them the next day while washing my car as another test and not only were they still damp from the previous day at the river but when I dribbled some hose water on them the water sunk into the fabric right away.

I guess since I am planning to use these as watershoes its not that big of a deal that they are in no way water resistant. The grip of the soles on the rocks seemed good so at least they deliver on that claim.

Like I said, I bought these to be used as water shoes but was expecting to be able to use them to slip on for short walks. On the short walk to the river the first time I wore them the heels of the shoes rubbed on the backs of my heels/ankles resulting in blisters the size of quarters on both feet. I guess this could just be because the shoes need a break-in period which I can forgive. The collabsible heel is a great feature but the back heel of these shoes is very stiff and odd to step on at first. Also, the fabric on the interior of the shoes is itchy.
