I received many compliments on these shoes from a variety of people, and I didn't even get them for stylish wear, I bought them for a hiking trip we're planning in January. I'm normally a 7.5, but the tevas run large, so the perfect fit came in the size 7. The best part about these is I haven't formed one blister since breaking them in, and I always form blisters even when breaking in sneakers!

These are the first Teva sandals I have seen that actually look feminine and attractive, instead of bulky, rugged and athletic. This is especially appealing to me as I have large, size 11 feet, and prefer not to accentuate their size any further. I've recently moved to a city with a tropical climate, where sandals are a must but rainstorms happen nearly every day. I bought a pair of traditional Tevas (either Hurricane or Pretty Rugged model) after my favorite Dansko leather sandals got ruined in the rain. The traditional Teva styling is very functional, but not very attractive, so I don't wear them very often. The Kayenta sandals are a nice combination of attractive form and function. I had no problems wearing them straight out of the box -- they pretty much fit true to size (if you find you fall between sizes, order down). The black color I ordered is not pure black, but a mix of black, taupe and gray (I think). It gives the sandals a neutral versatility. They do not pinch or chafe my feet. The ankle adjustment works well.

I'm not sure I would use these Tevas to hike -- the toe straps do not adjust as they do with the traditional Teva sandal design. Perhaps for a wider or thicker foot, that might pose a problem with fit. I wish the sole were slightly thicker. I'm used to a bit more height in my shoes (these soles are quite flat), and I feel as if the traditional Tevas offer more foot support.

All in all, this is a great shoe that could easily replace both my Dansko leather sandals and my traditional Teva sport sandals.

They are comfortable, feminine and STYLISH. I have had other Tevas and these are the best fit EVER! (I am a size 10 and they fit like a glove!)

I saw a lot of good reviews about these shoes so I was optimistic they would be just right. I was disappointed when they were so tight I couldn't even wear them. I don't normally wear a wide width even though my feet are a bit wider than normal. With quite a bit of stretching and a few blisters they are now very comfortable and I wear them just about every time I go out. If you normally wear a wide shoe prepare to stretch other wise these are great shoes.

Highly recommended. I love the sandals!They are comfortable & I have alot of foot problems. They are also "pretty" & versatile. I wish I could wear them year-round!!

Extremely comfortable, looks fabulous - strappy, not chunky. I've worn them to parties with slacks.

I purchased these shoes because I wanted a comfortable walking sandal and wanted something a little "different." They are a great combo of comfort, reasonable price, and uniqueness in style.

These tevas are even prettier than the photo. I got the pesto color in size 8.5. Sizing felt correct length-wise, though the velcro strap (top strap) is a little long for thinner/more petite feet - I've experienced this (velcro straps that are too long) often with tevas though. They are probably not sturdy enough for hiking - better just for making the outdoorsy type girl's feet look great.
