5.0 out of 5 stars Nice and toasty
I own a couple of pairs of Teva hiking sandals and love their quality, comfort and durability. When I found the Kiru slip-ons, I decided to try Teva shoes for the first time. I thought it might be a good idea to order a half size larger because the shoes are lined. That proved to be a good idea: the larger size allows me to wear them with thicker socks; and with thin ones...

3.0 out of 5 stars not bad for the price
I got this to walk my dog in the woods during winter. They are comfortable you can even jog in those but if there is a lot of snow they are not good at all. They are NOT water proof. After 40 min walk in the snow they are completely wet inside.

I thought it might be a good idea to order a half size larger because the shoes are lined. They seem to embrace the feet, with ample space for the toes. There is a side gore (elastic) and a heel strap that together make the fit even better. The nobuck uppers are very soft (I haven't tested them to find out whether they are really waterproof), as is the faux fur lining. The shoes are flexible, which is great, and the insoles are padded. Comfort with the Kiru slip-ons is not an issue. The soles are strong, do not slip and seem to be made to last. And these shoes look good, too!

I had purchased a pair of Teva's a couple of years ago and I love them. They are the most comfortable shoe I own. When I saw these I just had to get them. They are well made, true to size, and very, very, comfortable.

2.0 out of 5 stars No stretch, too tight, August 21, 2010
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
I own a few pair of Teva's and I love all of them. I was so excited to get these ones, but when I got them and tried them on, I could hardly get my foot in them. There is no stretch to these shoes except one piece of elastic on the side. You have to crush the back of the shoe to even get them on. They fit like a glove once I got them on, but then they were so tight that my feet would fall asleep. I'm guessing my high arch doesn't help, but I wouldn't recommend these shoes to anyone. I'm disappointed because Teva is one of my favorite brands, but these just weren't for me.
