these are my favorite pair of shoes i've ever owned! waterproof and very durable. not too high and very stable. theyre great! you will love them. nothing negative to say!

I was really looking forward to loving these (I got them in black)...I like my other Teva sandals. These however are too big. Not length-wise, but the straps are too loose...even after tightening the velcro, like the strap between your toes is too long. However, wider feet wouldn't work because the molded footbed is on the narrow side of medium. I dont wear narrow shoes, just medium, and my foot fits nicely on the sole, but they fall off my feet. I cant go smaller because then they would be too short front to back. If you have thick feet...not wide, maybe these would be right for you. Bummer because they are cute and a little nicer than flip flops.

With the right proportions, these sandals *might* be comfortable - but I'd advise against buying these online.

First, the good: the sandals are cute, and the heel isn't too high. The leather and cork look nice together.

The bad: Bad proportions! The footbed is way too long. Like other reviewers, my normal size totally didn't fit properly. I've tried to figure out what the problem is, and it seems that the thong part is in a bad position relative to the curve of the footbed. If the thong were connected a few inches behind where it actually is, the curves of the sole would hug the foot nicely. As it is, the very hard sole doesn't provide support where it's needed, and puts pressure on the ball of foot. This is also the only pair of shoes in which I regularly turn my ankle, and that's probably why. Open-shoe insoles help a little with comfort, but not enough to keep my feet from hurting after a day of wearing them. I gave them more than a month of unsuccessful "break-in period" and now wish I had just returned them while they were new. VERY disappointing for my first pair of Tevas.
