This shoe is a little heavier and puts me back a bit more on my heel than I prefer in a running shoe. It is also not as cushioned as one might hope for. That said, if you like to run on muddy trails, as I do, the waterproofing is GREAT! I have had these shoes for several days now, and run through puddles and mud with no problems. I have done my usual trail jog (~1 hr @ ~12 min/ mile) with no blisters or other problems. The shoe sizing was accurate. If you are looking to run on a track or at the gym, give these shoes a pass. If you are planning to run through things that might get your feet wet, I strongly suggest that you give these a try.

lovely to look at and even better to wear; much sturdier shoe than I imagined and extremely supportive which is exactly what I needed! Best shoe for the money on the web as well.

these shoes are perfect for trail running where theres mudd or water! they have a waterproof shell and are light weight! For the price these shoes rock.
