Texan Classics Chipper - Makes chipping easy!

This club shaved a couple strokes off my game, I'm new to golf and this helped.

I have had one of these for years and it works great for chipping up to 50 feet from the green.

First day out with the new club and I chipped in from about 15 yards out for eagle! It definitely takes some time getting used to though... I had a few shots that came up way short of where I wanted and a few that went way long but the potential to make some incredible chip shots is definitely there. If you struggle around the fringe or shallow rough at all I highly recommend this club for your approach/chip shot. It's an easy swing, puts it up and down and rolls right where you are aiming it. Get this club and then practice at the putting green for a couple hours and you will be no longer scared of those shorter chip shots.

I figured for $20 bucks I would give this club a shot, and now I dont know how I lived without it! I am still getting use to it as I only purchased it a couple weeks ago. But, it has bailed me out around the green multiple times. Ive also been experimenting with it from 20-30yards out and have had good results. Obviously a scratch golfer wont need a club like this, but since I normally shoot around 90-95 it has definitely helped me to become more consistent around the green.

As far as quality, it seems pretty well built. Don't expect the quality to be amazing, remember its a pretty cheap club. But, for the price I would definitely recommend it.

For those of you wondering, yes this is USGA legal. The two biggest things it needs to do to be legal is to not have two faces, this one doesn't, and not have a putter like grip. This doesn't, it's a cylidrical grip like the photo shows.

Some will claim that it isn't legal, ask them under which USGA rule it isn't, and then tell them those two things and tell them to watch while you hit a perfect 25 foot chip. Then tell them how cheap it was :) They may just change their tune. Great chipper and easier than my lob wedge....

Thes club is easy to use. I have been struggling with a LOB Wedge. After using the chpper, I no longer get frustrated with my short game. I am still new to the game and will continue to work on my LOB Wedge and chipping with an 8 iron.

Particular impossible to miss hit a shot with this club. Produces good loft and distance. What surprises me about this club is the distance I can hit the ball with accuracy. This club is everthing it is advertised to be and more.

Actually gives you a decent chip from a distance. Pretty good feel from striking the ball. Would recommend re-gripping.

Makes the short chips pretty easy. Takes a bit of practice to get used to but a great tool on the course!

Wife complained of a distinct lack of feel when using the club. She did not have any confidence that the ball would go in the direction she aimed it...will hold up final judgement till she uses it more.
