The Texan's Tiny Dilemma by Judy Christenberry
Silhouette Romance # 1782 - September 2005
Teresa Tyler had seduced Jim Schofield and afterward Jim dumped her. Jim's got fears of being trapped into marriage and had planned before the seduction to end things with Teresa. Now months later after hiding from her family, Teresa owns up that she's pregnant but she refuses to say who the father is. Jim figures it out and wants to do the right thing. When it's learned Teresa is carrying twin sons, Jim is even more eager to take charge. But everything he seems to do, seems to be for the babies and Teresa fears she means nothing at all to Jim.
This one was a little more serious than the previous in the series. Jim is as equally pushy as Pete, his twin brother. He waltzes right in and takes over barely giving Teresa a moment to breathe. At times I found this annoying. Teresa does learn to stand up to him and that's what saved this for me.
Lonestar Bride trilogy ..... These are the stories of the Tyler triplets; Thomasina (Tommie), Teresa, and Tabitha.

Description from the book back cover:
4 Months + 5 Months = Baby! 1 Man + 1 Love = Marriage? As good as accountant Jim Schofield was with figures - he could count back and tell when Teresa got pregnant - he was bad with words like 'commitment' and 'marriage'. But when the stubborn Texan realised he was going to be a father, his bachelor days were numbered! Teresa Tyler had vowed not to burden Jim Schofield with the consequences of their one night together. But after having figured out her predicament, he was proposing a marriage for the sake of their babies. How could Teresa take Jim's help, his protection, and not have a chance at his love?
