The authors of this cookbook did a wonderful job of capturing the look and spirit of Texas. The recipes are as diverse and as interesting as our great state. This is a recipe collection that you'll want to share with all your friends and family. Don't miss the recipe for "Artichoke and Spinach Queso" a wonderful Texas twist on a traditional appetizer.

This cookbook is very well organized, has great pictures, & makes you just want to rush to these wonderful Texas Bed and Breakfast & enjoy the delectable recipes. It features many of the Great Stays of Texas Bed and Breakfasts recipes, and lists new time-saving variations of age-old recipes. It also gives interesting information about the inns and innkeepers.
