Not as fancy as it's younger sister Stop and Smell the Rosemary, but still full of great recipes! Many many full menus in the front of the book, neat historical references to different parts of Houston, good tex mex section; good game recipes and seafood recipes. Really a great book and a great price!

I have used this book so many times over the years, especially the Mexican Food section. Try Chicken Enchiladas with Tomatillo Sauce and Boo's Puerto Rican Flan ----Delicious!
