Romance fans are going to love this one,

Because she has no family or any ties, nurse Claire Hannaford can easily pick up and go on location to any assignment. Thus, she is willing to assist ninety-one-year-old matriarch Mae Parker of the famous West Texas family. However, Mae and Claire agree that neither one want her to perform as an adult sitter, but she should be there in case the senior citizen has one of her spells.When the Parker brood find out that Mae has hired a nurse, they arrive en mass to check out the newcomer hired without their blessing. Claire quickly finds that everyone seems concerned with Mae and even feels as if she is part of this wild opinionated family, ruckus and all, for the first time in her life. Worse she feels she is in love also for the first time with her patient's nephew. However, like always once this job is done Claire will move on to the next one, but this time the memories will linger forever. TEXAS FOREVER is a warm relationship drama that stars two formidable lead characters and an extended family for support, especially Mae, a lovable gruff grandmotherly type, who lovingly interferes in the lives of her cherished ones. The story line is fun but clearly stays within category framework, but fans still will enjoy Ginger Chamber's "West Texan" entry. Harriet Klausner
