Book Description

Book 6 of the Texas Soul series.

Connor's grief threatens to overwhelm him as he turns to the bottle, shoving everyone away. When Mike Jarred bangs on his door, demanding Connor join the living, Connor tells him to piss off. Mike won't abandon his friend and stays, demanding Connor change. With Mike in his business, Connor has no choice but to get sober. But he can't stay away from the bottle forever.

Kip fears that Jamie will realize that his trip over to the male side of his bi-sexuality is over and he'll want a girl. His worst fears are realized when he follows Jamie, finding him at dinner with a beautiful woman—worse, when Kip confronts them he realizes the lady is pregnant and she doesn't hesitate to announce that Jamie is the father.

Lane and Gresh find a surrogate willing to have their baby. All seems great until the surrogate figures out Gresh is too ill to care properly for a child. With their baby lost to them, Lane is depressed. He cheers up only after meeting two orphan boys, wondering if they could become part of his family.

5.0 out of 5 stars Wonderful Climax May 11, 2013
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
Enjoyed reading the end of the saga, and it was well worth it. Sara York did a fantastic job bringing everything together to end the saga on a wonderful note.

Several surprises too: two teenagers who become Big Brothers.

Jamie and Kip become Dads to twins.

5.0 out of 5 stars TRULY OUTSTANDING!!! April 25, 2013
By Sue
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
This is the last of the Texas Soul Series. I enjoyed every one of the books and I appreciate the way that Sara York gave all the main characters a well developed ending. I loved the relationship of Gresh and Lane. The story that developed with Connor and Mike. The happiness and marriage ceremony between Kip and Jamie was beautifully written. All the adopting that was going on was inspiring. And let's not forget how hot these cowboys are when they get close. This will keep you entertained. This is a terrific series and our author respected us enough to have a terrific end.

Format:Kindle Edition
I loved the first two books of this series. Cursed the next two, felt redemeption with the fifth and now a little bitter sweet good bye with the last. I have truly enjoyed the series and am glad that this last book had the HEA that we all wanted for our cowboys. Thanks

5.0 out of 5 stars Texas Legacy ! November 16, 2013
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
Book 6 of the series. This one ties up the story of the guys at the ranch and the friends. Connor finally decides to accept Mike's love in his life and become what He needed. Lane and Gresh went through a lot , but after the forgiveness became a better couple. Jump and Bruce were solid since the beginning and continued strong. That also for Sterling and Erick ... Jaime and Kip got married ... Kids became the center of their families. I like the conclusion of the series. Tragedy, love , forgiveness and most of all ... Understanding ...

I like this series and don't let the price fool you. At .99 it's a good read and I recommend you read the others before reading this otherwise you may get lost in this one and not in a good way.

This is story of Lane and Gresh but you also get a lot of sub stories of other characters thrown in. But Ms. York does a wonderful job of blending them so it's not confusing. Read more

4.0 out of 5 stars Drama, romance, sex... a bit like a soap opera but fun!
Note: This review is for the series and as such, does not contain a lot of detail about the plot because it would be way too spoilerish! Read more

4.0 out of 5 stars Good Ending to the Series
I couldn't give this a "love it" rating because the story was a bit dis-jointed and there were too many relationships being covered in a short amount of time. Read more

I don't care what the other reviews said. These are great night time reading books or a great read when you just want to check out of reality and relax for awhile.

Good story line. Mixture of heat and romance. Always made you come back for more. Sexual orientation not important if object is good reading.

I was so annoyed with Conner in this book! He went from being a strong Texas lawman to being whinny and I just didn't like him like that. I understand he was grieving but wow. Read more
