This book is a must if you dont remember much from your classes. The refresher course is straight to the point, and the tests on the computer really help out ALOT. If you can pass the tests on the cd, passing the exam is easy.

This is more helpful than the college courses I had. The college courses are required, but this is a definite "must have" before taking the test.

I found this book to be very helpful. I especially liked the glossary of terms and the condensed review in the middle of the book. I used the CD exams as practice for my test to get used to the computer format. I passed both parts on my first try and I think this book helped me do that.

This exam prep course is amazing. I took all the courses required by TREC to fulfill my education requirements, however, they were not enough to prepare me for this exam. The included exam questions and review system was the key to my success and many others who used the same book. Highly recommended if you want to pass your test the first time!!

I purchased this book to study for my exam last weekend and was very pleased with its content. The refresher course and glossary are a big help since I'd forgotten half of the terms I studied. The book looks dwarfed compared to the gigantic books I had to read for the class, but it covers a lot of essential items. Of course, there are still questions that the book doesn't cover, but if you can answer all of the questions in this book, there's a big chance you will pass the exam on your first try. I did anyway.

I just passed my state exam and found the CD to be very helpful. I highly suggest it for preparing!

This book is awesome! All you need to read and study are pages 61-120 of this book and you will pass your exam on the first try. I took the exam yesterday for the first time and I aced it. The 4 practice exams included in this book, plus the tests on the included cd are awesome. As a matter of fact, the practice tests on the cd are 10 times harder than the actual exam...I couldn't pass them but I passed the actual exam that mattered. Do yourself a favor, if you want to pass the Texas real estate exam, pick up this book!

I passed my exam first try after using this book. It only took a week of prepping with the software included to feel ready to take my test. My daughter used the same book a couple of years ago and passed on her first attempt also. Buy this book if you want to pass easily. I missed a total of 7 questions on my exam, 2 on the Texas part and 5 on National. I now have my license and am starting my career as a new agent with national real estate firm.

I just wrote the Texas Real Estate Salesperson exam (March 19) and passed with really good scores. Probably over studied. I used this book for the past month to help see where my weaknesses are, and the online exams are really helpful to drill. Doing them over and over helped me to remember (You can do them as many times as you want). There are also 4 paper exams in the book (do them!). The book itself has a good summary of the basic stuff that you need to remember. I would recommend reading through the original principles of Real Estate book of you have one. If you don't have one you can get a 2nd hand one here at Amazon for little. (See Modern Real Estate Practice in Texas by Cheryl Peat Nance.) Note: The real exam is harder than this book!
