John C. Bridgman is the author of Time Out...It's Your Call: 15 Principles of Success for Business and Life and co-author of Texas Two Step Diet: Achieve happiness and health--even when faced with cheese enchiladas.

A successful businessman, he has served as president for ABB Control and group vice president for ABB Low Voltage Products and Systems for the Americas and as executive director of the Robert & Ruby Priddy Charitable Trust. He is now president of Bridgman Consulting.

John has been active in many community and charitable organizations including serving as chairman of the board for his church and member of the Board of Regents for Midwestern State University.

John and his wife Gretchen live in Wichita Falls, Texas. Both grew up in Des Moines, Iowa where they were high school sweethearts. John attended Iowa State University and Gretchen, the University of Iowa. They are blessed with three married children and six grandchildren living in San Antonio, Texas, Kingwood, Texas and Glen Ellyn, Illinois.
