1.0 out of 5 stars Don't waist your money., May 27, 2006

The first time we set the arbor up we found the top would not fit over the frame. Two parts pulled off the top trying to get it to fit. The seller forwarded the photos and complaint to Texsport and they sent us another top. When we put that top on we found the same thing. That is when we found the frame was 4" longer than the top. There were seams that were not sewn properly and there was a hook missing on one corner. After cutting the poles down we were able to get the thing put together. When next spring comes we will replace this one and I can assure you it will not be a Texsport product.

1.0 out of 5 stars Flimsy!, May 15, 2007
This review is from: Texsport Highgrove Screen Arbor (Sports)
Once the canopy was up, it was wonderful. The screens are very nice and the size is larger than normal. Then the wind blew...

Texsport provides about fourteen spikes... but only four ropes to tether the canopy down. No problem, I thought. I have extra lines I can use. Then the wind blew some more...

First off, the warranty does NOT cover poles. And now I see why. With a steady 15mph wind, the canopy acts like a sail. While the canopy did not tear and the lines holding it down remained secure, three metal poles SNAPPED in half. Needless to say, this makes the canopy unusable, since the inner skeleton holds the structure together. I called the company. Since the warranty doesn't cover either the poles or wind damage, I've had to purchase replacement rods. And I'll have to dismantle the canopy any time a semi-strong wind is predicted.

You've been warned! Spend the extra money and get a better product!

This tent is alright. Its not very sturdy and they sent me the wrong parts. I bought it in the spring and this fall, with a little bit of wind its in pieces and in the garbage. I don't really think its worth the money. It is very spacious, just wish it was better made.
