Bought this grill after using other types that just were sub par for cast iron cookware such as Lodge fry pans and dutch ovens!Wanted the smaller 16"x12"grill so we could store it in our teardrop trailer compartments.It folds flat I used the box it came in for storage,just duct taped the box to make it weatherproof.Can be used on wood or charcoal for cooking or grilling just don't make the fire to large for cooking.Found that you can grill all of your meats with this with no problem!I use a small bbq brush to clean after grilling and when it cools we just put it back in the box.

Got it in fri. and it went on a reenactment that same weekend. Put all most every thing on it. 32-cup coffee pots, frying pans, and several dutch ovens. Held up realy well....

This is not the biggest campfire grill, but it's perfect for a small group and the legs fold down flat to make it easier to store and to transport to your campsite too. It is a little heavy, but a quality grill should be. It's easy to clean and sits nicely over a campfire - I don't know how long it will hold up to camping trips, but so far, so good!
