I picked this up as an impulse buy prior to a trip on the AT. I wanted to bring some wine on the trip. This bag fits 2 bottles easy and is fairly sturdy. The cap didn't leak and the bola attached fine to the outside of my pack.

I'm glad I bought this. It's good quality and works well. I think that is all I need to say.

I bought this as a fun thing to drink from for Game of Thrones (HBO series) night, and was surprised at how much i liked this item, for only 10$. the outside looks pretty nice, and holds up well to wet conditions (obviously), although the stitching is a bit gnarly. I don't really get how the carrying string works, it is not long enough for over the sholder, and too long for on a belt loop. easily tied off or removed though. the only real problem area is the part you drink from. a cheesy plastic, disposable water bottle type sealing piece looks and feels a bit cheap, and the double screw filling/drinking lid get tangled up in the string a lot. this however is nor enough of an issue to lose a star over for the cheap price tag. At 2 liters, this bad boy is more than big ehough for a bottle or two of wine, and looks great to drink out of!

Given the price, I wasn't expecting anything amazing, I just wanted something to have water so that I wouldn't dehydrate at the ren faire but still be closer to costume accurate than my CamelBak. I did wash it out when I got it because of some of the reviews that I had read before purchasing it, but it didn't help. And when I moved it at all or tried to drink from it, water came spilling out of the top edges of the plastic mouthpiece. Water leaked where ever the plastic met the bag. Very disappointed, really poor quality.

Bag worked as well or better than advertised. Held over 1.5 bottles of wine and kept it reasonably cool despite warm weather. Only fault we found was the narrow and short cord which we replaced with stronger para cord.

Got this to round out my Halloween costume and got lots of compliments on it. I was dressing up as Dyonisus, Greek God of Wine, so of course I wanted to fill it with vino to keep my goblet filled with. Upon receiving it, I uncapped it and smelled the spout, and not surprisingly, it wreaked of synthetic vinyl/plastics. So I washed it out with dish soap, rinsed it well, then filled it with white vinegar and shook vigorously for about 10 minutes, let it set overnight, and rinsed it out thoroughly the next morning. You could still slightly smell the synthetics, but I was determined to fill it with wine anyways, so I did. And I enjoyed replenishing my empty goblet all night long during the party. I paid for it the next day with one of the worst headaches I have ever had. To be clear, I had not consumed the entire contents (probably less than half) and had on various occasions consumed much more wine. I could however detect the faint nasty vinyl note throughout the day and attribute the chasm in my skull to that. So, works fine as a prop, but definitely do not use it as a vessel for consumable liquids.

This is just the greatest little travel bag for wine. Its great on the boat, on a kayak, hiking the mountains, or just for pretending you're Davy Crockett.

I got this to take water on hikes. It's lined with plastic... It got poked by a tiny stick and that was the end of it.. DON"T waste your money!
