This is a phenomenal book covering every single aspect of respiratory disease - from blood gas analysis, ventilator management, to the approach of the dyspneic patient. While this has more pathophysiology than you might need for your average GP, it is a must read for emergency critical care residents or those vets with a special interest in ECC.
