I have an autographed copy and have personally seen many of the original pieces featured in the book and I plan to buy more copies for my creative friends who enjoy the mixture of African-American history and the tradition of quilting! This high quality coffee table book will never leave my nightstand. It's a source of comfort and a huge dose of hope and inspiration to crafters of any income, ethnic or skill level.
