Love this chili paste!,

I have been using this Thai Kitchen roasted red chili paste for years. It is so flavorful without being too hot. They make a red and a green chili (unroasted) paste, but I've never liked them and found them much too hot. Unfortunately my local health food store only carries the ones I don't like, so I ordered a case of these from Amazon. One jar was leaking some oil, but unbroken. The rest of the jars were fine.

I mix this with equal parts soy sauce, water and sugar, and use it for a stir fry sauce that has a great spicy flavor and a little kick without burning your throat on the way down. It comes as a paste, so you do need to do something to dilute it before you add it to your food.

This product comes in glass jars which is very important to me. I received some red curry paste in aluminum cans and was very disappointed. This sauce is terrific. Everyone young and old love the food I make with this sauce.
