I was fortunate to be a student in one of Nicky Smith's thai massage courses in Thailand. Her elegant perspective and subtle mastery of this ancient bodywork highly qualify her authorship of this english language representation of "Nuad Boran." Her book clearly describes and artfully illustrates the basics of a thai massage. Read a book, receive a session, practice with your friends, and get to know the healing and energizing powers of this medical art form that has suvived and evolved through 2000+ years.
