Its a good book, although its not exactly what i was looking for. This book is for the people that has no criativity at all and want to learn how to sell products to their any-type of clients. Its not the step-by-step i wanted

I have been in retail for over 16 years and found Harry's book to be spot on! It is a fun, fast read yet is comprehensive enough on all aspects of retail selling that you can 'pick your spots' to actually apply the information to increase sales. This book also gives details on Harry's retail management and sales training programs which I have personally used to increase sales in several different retail businesses. Thanks, Harry, for changing the way I do business!

I have been in retail for many years and I thought that nobody can teach me anything else about selling, I was wrong!
Harry Friedman sheds a new light on the whole aspect of selling.
