This is one of Chacksfield's most beautiful albums.Every song on this cd stands out especially over the rainbow,when you wish upon a star,and sweet lilena.There is even 2 Christmas songs on here white christmas and baby it's cold outside.If you have cd's of beautiful music this is a must have.A lot of these have been played on wktz at jones.edu.Every song on this cd is laden with heavy lush strings.I also recommend Chacksfield Cole Porter cd if you can find it.

If you're looking for some relaxing "listening" music, look no further! Beautiful melodies, beautiful arrangements, and beautiful memories! A real treasure! On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give this a 12!!

I have been looking for good source of instrumental music and at last I have found it. It was/is great.

I bought this CD as a gift for my mother who had a number of Frank Chacksfield LPs back in the day. She is delighted with the CD! The Technical quality is superb and the rich, thick tones for which Chacksfield was known come through very nicely.

Frank Chacksfield is an exceptional arranger. He is best know for his recording of Ebb Tide. Be swept away with the selections and arrangments. Buy it!
