Although the song ''that day'' is definatly not Natalie Imbruglia's work, the single IS very good.

1. That day: Not Natalie's best, the video becomes boring after seeing it a couple of times and the song lacks of power. The power all of her other songs have. Bad choice to teturn with after 3-4 years.

2. Just another day: This is the song that makes this single worth 5 stars. This should have been the single she teturned with, instead of That day. The lyrics are one of the best ones she ever wrote, and the chorus is very catchy.

3. Shikaiya(for Billy): She wrote this song for a friend she has been friends with sinds she was very young. The song is emotional, lyrics are moderate/good, en the song is somewhat rocky. It was on the album White Lilies Island, some sort of special edition. But it is not on the White Lilies Island you can buy anymore. The song is well-worth obtaining.

Overall, this single is worth buying. The B-sides are really good. So you can also buy it when you don't like ''that day''.

"That Day" limited edition is a great single! The CD has 3 tracks. "That day", "Shikaiya (for billy)" and the amazing "Just another day".

"That Day" is the first single of natalie's second album "white lilies island" and has clever lyrics that make you reflect about your life and gives you strengh to go on when feeling down or lonely. "Shikaiya" is a bright song, dedicated to nat's best friend since school days and it shows the importance of friendships in our lives, no matter where you are or what you're going through. "Just another day" is a perfect song, and should have been included in WLI. It is a song about our daily lives, routines, and how good it is to face our problems looking in the mirror, knowing it's just another day!

The CD also contains an enhanced track, with "That Day" video, a special "thank you" message from natalie, another message of her explaining who billy (from track 02) is and, of course, the best feature in the single: the special area! There, you can listen to beauty on the fire and sunlight, watching a few seconds of "That day" deleted video. Even if you're not a natalie fan, do not hesitate to buy That Day singles. You will love them.

I figured I should review this since no one else has. If you're interested in buying this at all then you have probably heard the song THAT DAY. The original version of it is included here as well as it splendid enhanced video. The Song For Billy is a bit of a strange B-side that is a bit difficult to get into though quite interesting, but Just Another Day is alone worth this CD's purchase. A good raw track, it is the best proof on this Earth that Natalie is a genuine talent. If you have her albums and are wondering whether her B-sides are worth checking out, this CD single is a definite must purchases as is the 4-track BEAUTY ON THE FIRE and the 3-track WRONG IMPRESSION. Put them on and be transported...into the land of Natalie Imbruglia B-sides.

Natalie's comeback single (from the "White Lillies Island" album) tries to be different from her biggest hit Torn, that's true. It just doesn't seem to make sense, it's like a series of thoughts put together in a song, hard to find a structure there.

I'll concur with several other reviews here. The b sides for Natalie's singles from the album White Lilies Island are uniformly excellent. The highlight of this particular single is definitely Just Another Day, although Shikaiya is also pretty nice. Both songs are great guitar pop songs. I highly recommend the Wrong Impression and Beauty on the Fire singles for some other buried treasures. Indeed, save for the oddball remixes on a few of her singles (not a fan of the remixes myself), all her singles for her first two albums have really great extra tracks.

I thoroughly enjoyed this CD. The only reason I purchased it is because I acquired a gift certificate to an over priced CD store. They had this CD for about $17, so I bought it with the certificate (as it was one of the few items I could buy with it!) and I instantly enjoyed the CD. If you love Natalie Imbruglia, you should add this to your collection.

I have waited a long time for natalie to release a new album. It has been worth it. I actually own the whole album "White Lilies Island" (I ordered it from HMV australia - if you want the whole album) but I can only put my review under the single "that Day" - for starters, "that Day" is amazing, it is a mature changer for natalie. Some other highlights on the album are the sensual "beauty on the fire" the moving "do you need love" and the amazing ":goodbye" - I love this album - she will go far with it ........

calling out, calling out to fans of solo female music. It's finally released, the long awaited and much anticipated follow up album from Natalie Imbruglia. 'White Lilies Island' and what a masterpiece it is, both musically and lyrically. Today Natalie is mainly known for her worldwide smash hit 'Torn' which was released back in 1997, but there is much more tallent here, and she is just begining to feel comfortable. She had a break after releasing 'Left of the middle', quite a long break, which was enough for music critics to label her as a 'one hit wonder', seriously, she is no one hit wonder, instead she is a beautiful singer / songwriter, with a soft creamy voice, extremely mature lyrics, and big inviting eyes that say 'listen to me'. I heard the single 'That day' and at first it sounded like a train reck, but after listening to it a few more times, it grew on me, as it will grow on you as well...the stand out tracks on her album are 'wrong impression, everything goes, hurricane, satallite, come september, that day' but every song has individual meanings to me...i recommend this single, better still this album to who ever is reading this, it will captivate you...trust me!

I love natalie imbruglia, and this is such an amazing CD. "That Day" is such a fresh and up-beat song. Its wonderfull!!! any one who loves natalie should have this CD.
