4.0 out of 5 stars The song that started it all, July 29, 2008
This review is from: That's All Right (MP3 Download)
"That's All Right Mama" was Elvis' first single in 1954 for Sun Records and launched his career and the Rockabilly craze of the 1950's. While the song failed to make the national charts, it was a regional hit throughout much of the South. It peaked at number 4 on the Memphis Country singles chart. It was re-released in 2004 and went to number 1 on the US Billboard Singles Sales chart and number 3 on the UK singles chart. It was certified GOLD by the RIAA. A classic!
