Garland gives probably her best TV concert appearance ever. She is in great voice and showmanship. Her magnetic stage personality is a wonder to behold. This patriotic revue of songs is evocative of the early 1960s and was taped as a tribute to the slain JFK. One of TV's finest musical moments, happily captured for all-time.

That's Entertainment reveals a glimpse of The Judy Garland Show of the 1963-64 television season, and is absolutely the finest of any Garland TV episode or special ever taped. Judy belts out melodies, sweetly croons, and even growls with vocal perfection and high energy. She performs an array of songs with her emotional interpretations - everything from Swing Low Sweet Chariot/He's got the Whole World in His Hands, to a patriotic medley, to That's Entertainment! Judy's pure passion and ease of expressing herself through singing shines through in this concert. My personal favorites are A Couple of Swells, which lacks next to nothing considering she performs it alone, lovingly singing Happiness is Just a Thing Called Joe, and Lorna, to her two youngest children, and a wonderful interpretation of America the Beautiful with Judy still looking scruffy as a swell. Hard to believe Judy's flawless performance was taped only days after her shows cancellation; not hard to believe the television audience gave her a standing ovation for this concert.

An absolute must for all Judy Garland fans. This video is one of the later episodes from her 1963-64 TV series. Its Judy in concert and at her best. Some very wonderful moments including Thats Entertainment, Give my Regards to Broadway, Swing low Sweet Chariot, and America the Beautiful. Judy also sings to her younger two children after she brings them on stage with her. Wonderful video.
