The best thing around in music, October 12, 2007

This album is addictive. The more I play it, the more I want to hear more. There is a lot of variety on this CD, but overall the music is happy music. The musicians all sound awesome (some of the best bass, acoustic guitar, and drumming work I've heard jointly on an album) and they seem to be enjoying their jams. The songs are more easy to sing to than most jam-band tunes, but they are still pretty jammy in nature. My favorite is "remember me" which has a really cool guitar lick, a close second would be "islands" which is a fun and harmless reggae song-- very Jack Johnson-y. This album is definitely worth checking out-- all of the songs are good if not excellent.

The music on this CD has a lot of variety.
I find the music very catchy and upbeat. It is very easy to lose myself in the songs. Any time I'm stressed, listening to this CD makes me happy :-)
