"Thaw" show a clear escalation of how Foetus' neurosis and nerves were tending as violin's chords... the programming, the voice, the noise, became more and more convulse from "Hole" to "Nail" reaching with "Thaw" a pic that has really some powernoise in some of his tracks... and he's screaming as a madman out of control, he doesn't care about finishing a song, if he started to rant and scream, this is the way the song implode to the roots leaving nothing but him, standing still and screaming as the rabid dog in the cover.
Wonderful, but surely more extreme than his previous efforts.

i like foetus because j.g. thirlwell is an incredible innovator and a damn fine composer. this album is like a meteor slamming into a calm blue pond. if that idea excites you, then spend some of your hard earned money and find out what foetus is all about! this album is INSANE. i really like it!
