A "Must Have" for any PsyCop fan,

"Thaw" is not really a story proper. It's a well-needed and well-deserved snapshot of Vic and Jacob's relationship. It's a simple ice-skating date they had one day.It's well-needed because while the novels have their share of romance, the characters are always in the midst of something life-changing or dangerous. After the all the thrill and drama, the PsyCop fan needs to see a happy look at the characters in their normal environment without all the drama. It's well-deserved because with all of the stuff Vic and Jacob go through, they need times like this where the two of them can just have a fun romantic date and simply be in love. If you're a PsyCop fan, this story is like a chocolate truffle. A sweet little bite to eat that you continue to savor afterward. |
