I enjoyed reading Tim Ferriss's book "The 4-Hour Body".
I highly recommend not only this diet but also everything in this book to anyone who wants to lose weight or just improve your life/health overall.
And I imagine nearly everyone who reads this will find at least a few things that make the book more than worth the money and time.
Used the information in this book to put muscle back on after following CKD (Cyclical Ketosis Diet) left me with muscle atrophy.
