Plus, I am an academic guy, so the fact that this book is BASED ON REAL RESEARCH STUDIES goes a long way with me.
I was not convince at the start but have to say if you follow the instrction it is amazing of the results and how good you fell.
Jim's other book, "Business plan for the body" REALLY changed my life and this book is also a "must have", in my mind.
