This book is full of cool different scooters. There isn't a lot about every kind of bike, but there's enough about each to give you a little extra info. It's full of pictures and it's a great coffee table book for people to look at, but not a book for someone who is looking for a lot of detailed info.

Like OddScoots? You know, the ones that vintage Vespa and Lambretta owners don't even recognise? This book will help you identify those oddities. It's not a repair guide, buyers guide, or how to book, it's a Spotter's Guide. The information about these scoots is scarce, and where a lot of info exists, they have it here, but if the odd scoot you're looking is one of the oddest, there won't be much info, but something is better than nothing, and without this book and one or two others, that's what you'd have. Add it to your collection and quitcherbitchin.

Good record and overview of near every scooter brand ever built. Not a technical authority, but a nice view of who built what when. Amazing that there were so many. And that many of the good ones were copied by others in lesser form from the start such as Vespa.
