Book Description

Every great civilization falls at some point, it is simply the way of things. Whether the cause is war, famine, disease, or even the economy, human nature always seems to triumph over our best efforts to maintain society. Not even the civilizations of the twenty-first century could withstand these forces, and eventually all fell into chaos and destruction.

But that was centuries ago, and luckily the one thing mankind is better at than destroying itself is building itself up again. A new civilization has emerged from the ashes of the old one. In what was once Michigan, two new kingdoms have arisen. Where once there were skyscrapers, now castles dominate the skyline. Sprawling cities are now small villages. Armies once armed with machine guns, tanks, and airplanes are now lucky to have single shot muskets. But war is not common now, as aside from the occasional Bandit attack, there is peace, and the people are content.

However, it is not destined to last. A mysterious stranger appears and brings word of impending doom to the world, and asks the King for help in stopping this doom he speaks of. But who is this man? Where is he from, and how does he know so much about the world that existed centuries ago?

Find out the answers to these questions and more in The Allegiance of Justice! This book is an action packed adventure filled with mystery, suspense, comic relief, wolves, castles, quests, explosions, sword fights, plot twists, lasers, and even a little bit of romance.

4.0 out of 5 stars Command &Conquer February 19, 2013
By mrw
Format:Kindle Edition
What if the you found yourself in a dystopian future, whose history was based on the Command & Conquer computer game, set in Michigan? Well my friend this that story. This book is pretty funny, not quite Pythonesque (but what really is), and should entertain you for anywhere from a couple of days to a fortnight (depending on your reading speed).

More About the Author

Hey, person reading this! I'm Brett Cadieux. I was born in a small town in Massachusetts, and I'm a recent college graduate. It's not the most interesting background, but I make up for that in my writing, which is creative, goofy, and occasionally serious. But mostly goofy.
