Format: Paperback
You can tell that the author really knows her subject and other metaphysical matters, yet she manages to take all the information and make it's ten chapters not only really useful but REALLY doable, fun and easy to read. I loved her sense of humor and expertise. I especially liked the hand reading tips that are scattered throughout the text, such as "to learn you must practice, practice, practice, and practice some more." At the end of each chapter there are interesting exercises to encourage you to experiment with the skills you are learning. She asks you simple yet thought provoking questions in the exercise. I highly recommend this book!

This power packed book is truly "not to be missed." I especially enjoyed
reading the author's advice on the importance of practicing what you are being
taught. Her positive encouragement seems to help build confidence and inspire a
willingness to practice the techniques that are being taught. She has a useful
tip included with each chapter.
Each of the ten chapters has details about the hand that teach something
about the personal characteristic that appear in the hand. It's also full of
photographs and illustrations to help you learn the material. At the end of
every chapter there is a reflection and notation section that provokes you to
think about what is being discussed on a personal level. The questions in this
section inspire you move forward in your studies through your own analysis and
assessment. Because some of the questions ask you to look at your own hand, you
are also encouraged to learn about your own palm.
