I'm studying for my MBA and taking a leadership/management class. Normally I don't enjoy these types of theoretically or philisophical type thinking classes (accounting major), but I have to say the book is well written, easy to read throught and informative all at the same time. It doesn't put me to sleep or make me roll my eyes in agony. I think I'll keep this book and maybe even refer back to it as I move up into leadership roles at work.

I purchased this book for a college class. I actually read most of this one and did really enjoy it. I kept the book after the class to finish reading. Easy to read. Short sections so you can read little bits at a time and lots of exercises/activities to learn about your leadership skills and you as a leader.
