This book is very informative but easy to read.
Dr. Stephen Phinney and Dr. Jeff Volek did a really good job outlining how to utilize a "well formulated ketogenic diet" for athletic performance.
To anybody who is trying to improve their athletic ability while on a low carb diet, I strongly recommend this book.
