I guess because spring is slow in coming and I am so ready for warmer weather, I chose this book from my list of reviewable books to read. The Beaches and Brides Collection is a great choice for a mental getaway when you can't leave your daily life.
I've loved these stories and they are still worth Five Stars, Two Thumbs Up, and a stroll down the beach at sunset.

If I had held this book in my hands, I may have freaked out with joy. It was HUGE. I originally thought it was just five novellas, but the stories read like full-length books, which is a big compliment in my book. Five difference stories all set by the sea tell you about how the Key West nanny, the Washington widow, the Maine sister, the Georgia lightkeeper and the Virginia artist all find love. This was sweet, uplifting historical Christian fiction that really made me smile.

Five romantic adventures blossom along historic American shorelines. When the Key West nanny, the Washington widow, the Maine sister, the Georgia lightkeeper, and the Virginia artist each have their ideals challenged, rough seas prevail until God intervenes in each life to bring love to a safe harbor.
