Format: Paperback
This is a wonderful gift for Valentine's Day or Anniversary. The recipes are elegant and simply prepared. This is an excellent resource for finding destination inns, romantic restaraunts and wineries in the Pacific Northwest. We especially enjoyed the "Perfect Pairs" (pg.44) which pairs wine and cheeses.
This will be your 'go-to' book for those special occasions you celebrate with people you love.

2 of 2 people found the following review helpful By Leslie Black Sullivan on January 30, 2009
Format: Paperback
I bought this cookbook because so many of the recipes looked appealing. It turns out that many are also relatively easy to make. The book also includes little romantic "tips" and has a directory of special inns and restaurants in the Northwest. It would make a wonderful gift. This book is a gem!

i purchased this book for ideas to make for valentine's day.
there are many recipes in this book, but limited photographs of the food.
the reviews of the places are well done.
i have made a few of the recipes from the breakfast section, and they were tasty.
