Format: Paperback
This cookbook is great for a diverse selection of recipes featuring favorite northwest ingredients such as dungeness crab, blackberries and huckleberries, mussels and clams among others. Exciting recipes but probably not for someone without cooking experience as they come from restaurants and are not all quick and easy. Great way to liven up your repertoire of recipes! The blackberry coffee cake has become a new staple in my home.
