Everything looks delicious, and so far the things I've made have come out great.
I own many vegan cookbooks and this is by far my favorite one for creating amazing baked goods that both vegans and non-vegans will adore.
I think its a great book for the novice baker, and a fantastic way to introduce vegan baking to those who my be skeptical!
