I love the Wesleyan approach to Scripture !
Wesleyans are in no way afraid of science, and don't feel the need to keep defending the contents of the Bible as scientifically correct. In other denominations I know this to result in a devaluation of the Bible itself, and that is not the case for Wesleyan believers. Faith stands ! The Gospel stands !
This book explains how the Bible can be perceived as a book of true faith, that includes everything you need to know about the Gospel, about the Love of God, and is of great value to believers in a postmodern world.

Living on the other side of the Atlantic (Netherlands), reading this books warms my heart, as I feel connected to a body of believers who have a wordly faith that is so needed in this day and age.
