Editorial Reviews

Review

"No matter how seriously or casually you're riding--whether you've sworn to lose weight, breeze through that upcoming charity ride, or, heck, to outright win a race this year (or even if you're just getting out a few times weekly to spin away stress)--you'll find great rewards in jotting a few notes about your adventures." - Bill Strickland, executive editor of Bicycling magazine, from the forward to the Bicycling Training Journal

This is like a day planner, except its use is limited to recording information about your daily rides, but one could also do that on a customized computer spreadsheet, and it would give you running mileage totals. It contains some interesting tips, but you could probably find most of those elsewhere. There are quotes on bicycling. Consider "Bicycling Magazine's 1,000 All-Time Best Tips" by Ben Hewitt.

Not much to offer. Confusing journal pages. Could have done that myself with a notebook.
