I gave this to my niece and she absolutely loved it. She's 6 and a half years old and just had a new baby sister. It is the coolest book. I filled in what I could with pictures and information. It has about 20 pages or so in the back for pictures with space for captioning. So cute! She calls it her "big sister book." :)

This is a fantastic keepsake and a great way to get the older child involved. It says it's recommended for ages 2-6 but I don't think it's limited to children that young. I handed it to my 7 year old and told her to fill it out honestly with her real feelings and the result is hilarious! I truly will treasure this book for years to come. I definitely recommend it!! If you have more than one kid, consider buying one for each of them to fill out, you wont regret it! I also bought the baby book from this series and it is wonderful as well.
