Review

"Lincoln Peirce is one of my cartooning heroes, and BIG NATE ranks as a comics classic. Year in and year out, Big Nate is among the best comics on the funny page." Jeff Kinney, author of 'Diary of a Wimpy Kid'.

About the Author

Lincoln Peirce began creating comics in the 6th grade (just like Big Nate!). He went on to teach art at a New York City High School. Lincoln created the cartoon-strip character Big Nate in 1991, naming the character after a nickname he gave his older brother as a kid. He lives in Portland, Maine in the US and as well as creating Big Nate comic strips and books, he hosts a local radio show.

This book is the SAME book at "Big Nate, in a Class by Himself" but it has a different title. We already have that book and my son had read it. We assumed this was a different book since the title is different, but it is NOT, it is the EXACT same book, with a different title. How was anyone to know that???? Now we have purchased the SAME book we have already read!! so, if you have read "Big Nate, a Class by Himself" DO NOT waste your money ON THIS one.

I can't believe the author would put out two books that are exactly the same but just have a different title! The Boy With the Biggest Head is the exact same book as Big Nate In a Class by Himself. This almost seems fraudulant. Amazon should stop selling this book!

This was such a waste of money!!! My son loves these books and when he started to read the book he said, "Mom this is the same book as the first one, but it has a different title." I took both books side by side and looked through the pages and compared them. Sure enough they were exactly the same book. My son and I were both disappointed.

Exact same book as "Big Nate, In a Class by Himself"....so if you've already read that, don't buy this one. This book should be removed or at least, noted that it is the same book, but with a different title.

We love the series, however, be warned that this particular title is a British version. My son still likes it, but there are some words that he is not familiar with since they are British slang. The American version of this book is "Big Nate, In a Class by Himself."

This book is the SAME book at "Big Nate, in a Class by Himself" but it has a different title. Even though people think this is a British Version, may be with a heavy microscope you might find a few words different otherwise this is one of the biggest "RIPOFF" of the literary world.
Harry Potter has the American and English version, but the books are called the same.
