It has modifications to help with those just starting out ad advanced moves to progressively increase your workout as you feel comfortable doing so.
I would highly recommend this video to anyone looking for a really intense workout that can be done at home.

What does Bob Harper mean on the Video when he mentions....at several times...that this Boot Camp video and the Yoga for weight loss video complement each other.....does it mean do them together, or alternate them on different days. I wish it were explained in the tips.
