All in all, this is a great workout DVD to add to your collection.
I just love it, you really get your heart rate up and talk about a good sweat, if you do this workout you will be sweating from head to toe.
Its challenging, encouraging and somewhat fun.....You can customize your workout to you fitness level..

If you can raise your arms up without hitting the ceiling and do a moderate jump without bashing your head, I'd say you'll be fine.
