Yes you do level one first. You add them on, so in the end you will be doing all three levels. 45minutes plus the 10 minute cool down and warm up.

I am not sure the total calories - but if you are looking to lose inches and weight - I would recommend P90X. Its a great program that mixes cardio, strength training and flexibility. It also has a nutrition plan.
