4 of 5 people found the following review helpful By Blauryn8 on February 9, 2004
Format: Mass Market Paperback
I have been dieting for 25 years and am now down to 100 lbs. (my goal) due to calorie counting and exercising. I do get hungry and this book is my guide to what foods are good and bad and it is also a blueprint for my daily menus.
I think this is an excellent resource for the serious dieter.

I have always been drawn to the "diets" that promote healthy eating. This one has had profound results especially in the thigh area for me. Its a great way to eat healthy using a wide variety of food lists that are common. Im buying it for the second time since I gave the first one to a friend.
