Both editions were written in response to the increasing skills gap in today's workforce; and to help strengthen business skills where these skills gaps are prevalent.
The purpose is to provide clear business strategies for ways to deploy growth; and present new business skills to help identify new opportunities.
"Discard old trends and learn new ways to keep your business alive."

I write about motivation factors to help busy professionals stay ahead of their competition. I write how you can learn to identify trends and increase your leadership performance.
